Institute On The Rock is a discipleship-centered training program designed to equip Christ-followers—starting from age 16 and up—with a firm foundation in the doctrines of redemption and an intimate walk with God. Founded by Bible teacher Nana Akua Antwi, the Institute is a prophetic response to the call for mature believers grounded in love, truth, and prayer.

The Redeemed for Communion Curriculum

Our curriculum, Redeemed for Communion, is taught in two distinct sections:

  • Part 1: Redemption

Build a strong foundation in Christ the Rock. Students explore essential doctrines, including repentance, faith, justification, and sanctification, through Jesus Christ.

  • Part 2: Communion

Discover how to walk with God in intimacy through prayer. Using the Lord’s Prayer as a framework, students are trained in spiritual disciplines, intercession, and practical discipleship.
